Tip #1: Start getting to school 1-2 hours early and shoot a few hundreds shots before class.
You don’t have to do this everyday but try doing it at least three times a week. Don’t sacrifice sleep to wake up early; go to bed earlier then before so you can still get the same amount of sleep.
Sleep is very important so make sure you still get at least 8 hours of sleep every single night.
Tip #2. Try limiting the combined daily time you spend on the computer and television to 3 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends.
Time you spend on the computer doing homework or on the Tv watching basketball doesn’t count. For everything else avoid ever spending more then 4 hours in a day on the computer or Television. As a serious basketball player most of your free time should be spent in the gym not behind computer or Tv screens.
Tip #3. Eliminate sodas from your diet and replace them with water.
At first this will be very difficult for some of you. But sodas contain extremely high amounts of sugar and removing them from your diet can significantly increase your energy level and overall health. And the best replacement for soda is simply water.
